I am an experienced, detail-oriented visual, graphic designer and UI/UX designer with a multi-faceted creative background in the software development, healthcare, corporate advertising, publishing, and e-commerce industries. I have experience in user experience design and research, advertising campaigns, photography, illustration, writing for various online and print publications, and in project management.

I also have a background in writing for various online and print publications. I have over twelve years of experience working in the design industry with in-house design positions
as well as my own freelance design business.

In being a visual storyteller, my success comes from combining powerful words and
images to create sharp, clear messages. My strong communication skills and extensive design experience give me the ability to transform client objectives into compelling and effective solutions.

I believe in constantly evolving in your skills and studying different creative mediums,
which in turn develop your design aesthetic. Truly successful design comes from being
a good listener, a great interpreter, dedication, hard work, and emotional intelligence.​
 
I have my Masters of Arts degree (M.A.) in Creative Business Leadership from
the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (B.F.A.)
in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University.

I also also attended the Early College Program and have an academic background in
Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing, Visual Communication and Fashion Design from
The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

My personal artwork has themes of wellness, personal empowerment and nature. My
other interests are in animal and nature conservation, travel, learning, yoga, and enjoying life. My mission is to enhance the beauty, inspire wonder, and to tell a visual story in everything that I create.
